Coaches Bios
Ryan "Bobo" Bowen:
Ryan is going to be a junior at Boston College. He swam for Avon Old Farms and was captain of the swim team his
senior year. He received the coaches award at Avon Old Farms in both his junior and senior year. He has coached the at
the Golf Club of Avon for the past 3 years.
Bobby O'Brien:
Bobby is going to be a sophmore at Boston College. He swam for Avon High School and was captain of the team his
senior year. He has received the most improved swimmer award at the Golf Club. He has coached at the Golf Club of Avon for
the past 2 seasons.
Carrie Byler:
Carrie is going to be a freshman at Boston College. She swam CAC and for Farmington High School. Carrie started swimming
for the golf club team when she was 4 years old. (We think she may have the record for the longest swim team participant
with 14 years on the swim team.) This is her 2nd year coaching swimming for the Golf Club. Carrie is also entering
her 1st year as dive coach at Avon.
